When the rodless chamber connection is used, if any one of the two main hydraulic cylinders has a serious internal leakage, the above fault occurs. Main hydraulic cylinder leakage is mainly due to piston wear or piston seal is too large damage.


When the B cylinder rod chamber into the oil, the piston rod retracts and drives the concrete cylinder suction, while pushing the A cylinder piston rod driven concrete tank feeding. At this moment, if there is a serious internal leakage in cylinder A, when the piston rod pushes the concrete material, the rodless chamber pressure oil will leak to the rod chamber. Connecting cavity pressure oil leakage, will cause the cylinder B to complete the normal suction stroke, A cylinder thrust is not in place, but must also be reversed.


When the A cylinder rod chamber into the oil, the piston rod retracts and drives the concrete cylinder suction, while promoting the B cylinder piston rod driven concrete tank feeding. If there is a serious internal leakage A cylinder, the rod cavity pressure oil will leak to the communication chamber, which will result in the B cylinder piston rod speed, A cylinder piston rod slow down.
