Hydraulic cylinder use note
First, the cylinder should be periodically replaced with hydraulic oil during the use process to clean the system filter to ensure cleanliness and extend service life.
Second, each time the cylinder is used, it must be fully extended and fully retracted for 5 strokes and then loaded. Why do you do this? In this way, the air in the system can be exhausted, and the various systems can be preheated, which can effectively avoid the presence of air or water in the system, causing gas explosion (or scorch) in the cylinder block, which will damage the seal and cause the cylinder to leak. Waiting for a fault.
Third, the system temperature is controlled. If the oil temperature is too high, the service life of the seal will be reduced. The long-term oil temperature will cause the seal to be permanently deformed or even completely failed.
Fourth, protect the outer surface of the piston rod to prevent damage to the seal by bumping and scratching. Clean the dust seal on the oil cylinder and the exposed piston rod to prevent sticking on the surface of the piston rod. The dirt enters the cylinder and damages the piston, cylinder or seal.
Fifth, check the joints of various threads and bolts frequently, and find that the looseness is immediately tightened.
Sixth, often lubricate the joints to prevent rust or abnormal wear in the absence of oil.
