Hydraulic system common fault diagnosis method

    There are many ways to diagnose common faults in hydraulic systems. Hydraulic equipment is a combination of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and other devices, so the failures are also diverse. A certain fault phenomenon may be caused by many factors. Therefore, the analysis of hydraulic faults must be able to understand the hydraulic system schematic diagram, have a general understanding of the role of each component in the schematic diagram, and then analyze and judge according to the fault phenomenon. The causes of failures caused by many factors need to be analyzed one by one, and the main contradictions can be grasped to better solve and eliminate them. The flow of working fluid in the components and pipelines in the hydraulic system is difficult to understand, so it brings more difficulties to analysis and diagnosis. Therefore, people are required to have strong ability to analyze and judge faults. Identify the causes and locations of faults in many complicated relationships of mechanics, hydraulics and electrical and eliminate them in a timely and accurate manner.

First, simple fault diagnosis

The simple fault diagnosis method is the most common method currently adopted. It relies on the personal experience of the maintenance personnel to use the simple instrument to solve the faults of the hydraulic system, and to objectively use the methods of asking, watching, listening, touching, smelling, etc. to understand the system work. To analyze, diagnose, and determine the cause and location of the failure, as follows:

1) Ask the equipment operator to find out the equipment's operating status. These include: whether the hydraulic system works normally; whether the hydraulic pump is abnormal; the time and result of the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil; the cleaning and replacement of the filter; whether the hydraulic components are adjusted before the failure occurs; whether the sealed components are replaced; What are the abnormalities in the hydraulic system before and after; what problems have occurred in the system in the past, how to eliminate them, etc., need to understand one by one.

2) Look at the actual condition of the hydraulic system and observe whether there are problems with system pressure, speed, oil, leakage, vibration, etc.

3) Listen to the sound of the hydraulic system, such as: impact sound; pump noise and abnormal sound; determine whether the hydraulic system works normally.

4) Touch the temperature rise, vibration, crawling and the tightness of the joint to determine whether the working condition of the moving parts is normal.

In short, the simple diagnosis method is only a simple qualitative analysis, which has a wide range of practicality for quick judgment and troubleshooting.

Second, the hydraulic system schematic analysis method

According to the hydraulic system schematic diagram, analyze the faults in the hydraulic transmission system, find out the location and cause of the fault, and propose a method to eliminate the fault. The hydraulic system diagram analysis method is the most common method applied by engineers and technicians at present. It requires people to have a certain foundation for hydraulic knowledge and can understand the hydraulic system diagram. The name, function, principle and structure of the components represented by each graphic symbol are grasped. And the performance should also have a certain understanding, there is such a foundation, combined with the action cycle table to analyze and judge the fault is very easy.
