What are the reasons for the hydraulic reversing valve not operating?

1) Insufficient electromagnet suction force can not push the movement of the valve core;

2) The residual magnetism of the DC electromagnet is large, so that the valve core is not reset;

3) The valve core is pulled and stuck in the valve body;

4) The axis of the spring is skewed so that the valve plug is stuck in the valve;

5) Due to the poor processing precision of the valve core and valve body, radial clamping force is generated and the valve core is stuck;

6) The oil is heavily contaminated, blocking the sliding gap and causing the spool to jam.
