The working principle of small metallurgical hydraulic station:
The motor drives the oil pump to rotate. The pump sucks oil from the oil tank and converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil. After the hydraulic oil is adjusted in direction, pressure, and flow through the manifold (or valve assembly), it is connected to the hydraulic cylinder or oil motor via an external line to control the direction of the actuator, the magnitude of the force, and the speed of the drive.
