A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, i.e. power components, actuator components, control elements, auxiliary components and hydraulic fluids. The function of the power element is to convert the mechanical energy of the original motive into the pressure energy of the liquid, which means the oil pump in the hydraulic system, which provides power to the whole hydraulic system. The structural form of the hydraulic pump generally has gear pump, vane pump and plunger pump. The function of the actuator, such as hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor, is to convert the pressure of the liquid into mechanical energy, and to drive the load for straight-line reciprocating motion or rotary motion. The control elements (i.e. various hydraulic valves) control and regulate the pressure, flow and direction of the liquid in the hydraulic system. According to the different control function, the hydraulic valve can be divided into pressure control valve, flow control valve and directional control valve.
Pressure control valve is divided into relief valves (relief valve), valve, sequential valve, pressure relay, etc. flow control valve includes throttle valve, adjust valve, shunt flow valve, etc., directional control valve includes one-way valve, hydraulic control valve, Shuttle valves, reversing valve, etc. According to different control mode, hydraulic valve can be divided into switch type control valve, fixed value control valve and proportional control valve. Auxiliary components include oil tanks, oil filters, tubing and fittings, seals, pressure gauges, oil Wen Ji and so on. Hydraulic oil is the working medium of transferring energy in the hydraulic system, there are various kinds of mineral oil, emulsion and synthetic type hydraulic oil.
